Life in Motion - mindfulness and coaching - workshops and theme days in English

Life in Motion offers theme days and workshops on stress reduction and prevention for private companies and professional union associations.

Our pace of life and constant stream of information have in many places accelerated and we receive a multitude of external impulses making it increasingly difficult to tune in to ones own resources.  As a result our behaviour often switches to automatic pilot. Mindfulness Meditation is a powerful tool in meeting everyday challenges with renewed energy and switching off the automatic pilot.   

Mindfulness or being consciously present to yourself/oneself is a method enabling you to effectively plan your daily life whilst at the same time finding energy to meet everyday challenges.  It is a way of getting to know yourself, your thoughts and feelings, and of staying calm and focused. Training your attention you will gain the ability to be present in the Now – with conscious attention.

Through conscious presence you will learn to see reality as it is with full acceptance and attention. Being open to all that is, and understanding your own thoughts, emotions and reactive patterns – be they negative or positive.

There is nothing religious or spiritual in the practice of Mindfulness.

Anyone interested in an introduction to a method that will prevent stress can participate. The workshop is experiential utilising a coherent mix of exercises and dialogue.
